Short n sweet with... newborn baby Teagan

I got to photograph this sweet little pea when she was just a big old bump in her mummies tummy, so I was very excited to have the chance to come round and meet her last week.

Teagan is as cute as a button. She was fast asleep in the car when I arrived, so her mummy Rachel and I just hung out for a bit before baby Teagan decided she was ready to be fed. As the youngest of four children, Teagan is probably Rachel's last baby and so breastfeeding, snuggling, wrapping up for sleep... these moments are all that little bit more poignant for Rach and being able to document this for her was an honour. 

Rach pulled out baby clothes that she had worn as a newborn herself, so it is was extra special to photograph Teagan wearing her mummies clothes. She also had so many cute gifts given to her including an adorable checked bonnet. 

As Rach's family is in Canada, photography is a great way of being able to share these moments with her family overseas. 

Looking forward to our next session together when Teagan's big brother and sisters will be there to join in the fun.
