Maternity Photography Session at Blue Lagoon

Do you know what my favourite sessions are? The ones where the kids run the show! We may have been there to get maternity photos of his mum, but Keelan was definitely the star on the day. Little Keelan may be one of my most favourite mini humans ever - he is funny, determined and super cute. The fact that I also got to do his newborn photos for him means he’s just that little bit special to me. Plus when I arrived he held my hand and chatted non stopped as we walked to the beach so he had me wrapped around his little finger straight up.

Blue Lagoon is a stunning location for photos. It’s quiet, secluded and tucked in out of the wind. The fact that there is water made it inevitable that the two year old would end up in the water. No problem. Mum Lauren was all over it, with towel and spare clothes ready to go. We had a lovely afternoon wading in the calm the water.
